Acceptance and age
By using the app, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an idea, report content or request professional assistance.
Purpose
The app helps users discover, save and submit business ideas and request optional design assistance. Content is for general educational and informational use.
User submissions
You may submit only content you created or have permission to share. You retain ownership while granting LV Softech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, format, display and distribute approved content through the service.
Prohibited conduct
Do not submit scams, illegal or copied material, malware, scripts, iframes, sexually explicit or hateful material, abusive content, another person's personal information, deceptive earning guarantees, impersonation or attempts to disrupt the service.
Moderation
Submissions may be reviewed, edited for presentation, rejected, unpublished or removed. Submission does not guarantee publication, payment, employment or a business relationship. Published content can be reported in the app.
No income guarantee
Budgets, demand, earnings and timelines are illustrative estimates. LV Softech does not promise profit, funding, customers or success. Conduct independent research and obtain professional advice before spending money.
External services, app recommendations and professional work
External links and third-party apps are controlled by their providers. Review an app's Google Play listing, developer, permissions, terms and privacy policy before installing. A recommendation does not make LV Softech responsible for the third-party app. Sponsored recommendations, if any, are clearly labelled. Any separately purchased website, app, design or consulting service is governed by the quotation, invoice or service agreement accepted for that project. The Android app currently sells no digital product or subscription.
