1. Who operates the app
BizIdeas – Find & Share is operated by LV Softech. This policy explains what information the Android app sends, stores and uses.
2. Information stored only on your device
The optional profile name, mobile number, city and profession are stored in the app's private storage. Saved ideas, recently viewed ideas, notification choices, cached content and private submission-tracking tokens are also stored locally. The optional profile is not an online account and is not automatically sent to LV Softech.
3. Information sent to our server
Information is transmitted only when required to provide a feature. It may include:
- an optional name, mobile number or email address entered with a submission, report or assistance request;
- business-idea content and other user-generated content;
- content reports, support or design-assistance details;
- search terms, idea requests and interactions needed to return content and maintain aggregate view counts;
- a dated record that the Terms and Community Guidelines were accepted for a submission;
- technical security information such as IP address, request time, response status and rate-limit records.
The app does not request precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS, camera, microphone, photos, storage access or advertising identifiers.
4. How information is used
We use information to operate the service, review submissions before publication, reply to enquiries, provide requested assistance, show submission status, deliver notifications users enable, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate reports and maintain service reliability.
5. Public ideas and moderation
A submitted idea is not published automatically. An administrator reviews it first. If approved, idea content may become visible to app users. Personal contact details are not intended to be published with an idea.
6. Sharing and sale
LV Softech does not sell personal information. Hosting, infrastructure or support providers may process limited information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or to investigate misuse.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use access controls, secure administrator sessions, request limits, input validation and upload restrictions. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you use Profile → Delete Local App Data, clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Server information is retained only while reasonably needed for moderation, support, security, service operation or legal obligations. You may request deletion of server data using our Data Deletion page. We normally respond within 30 days after any required identity verification.
9. Notifications
Notifications are disabled until the user enables them and grants Android notification permission. They may contain new-idea announcements and submission-status updates. They can be disabled in the app or Android settings.
10. External services and app recommendations
YouTube, WhatsApp, external websites and recommended apps open outside BizIdeas and apply their own privacy practices. A recommended app opens only on its official Google Play listing. BizIdeas does not scan installed apps, silently install software or provide APK downloads. Sponsored recommendations, if any, are clearly labelled and the Android app does not create a recommendation-click profile.
11. Adults only
The app and submission features are intended for users aged 18 and over. People under 18 should not submit personal information.
