No in-app payments
The current Android app does not collect payments, sell subscriptions or process purchases. Therefore, there is normally no in-app amount to refund.
Optional professional services
Separately purchased website, app, design or consulting work is governed by the quotation, invoice or service agreement accepted for that project, including its scope, milestones, cancellation terms and refund eligibility.
Completed work and external costs
Completed or approved work and non-recoverable costs such as domains, hosting, licences, advertising or other third-party charges may not be refundable unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made in writing. Eligibility depends on the accepted agreement, completed work, committed resources and recoverable external costs.
Google Play transactions
If paid digital features are introduced through Google Play in the future, eligible purchases and refunds will also follow Google Play billing and refund rules.

Email the payment reference, date, amount and service details to info@lvsoftech.com. A request does not guarantee a refund and will be reviewed under the applicable agreement and law.
