The app does not create an online account
The optional profile is stored only on your device. It is not a login or server account.
Delete data stored on your device
Open Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Local App Data. This removes the profile, saved/recent ideas, preferences and submission-tracking data from that device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling also removes local data.
Request deletion of server data
Email info@lvsoftech.com with the subject BizIdeas data deletion request. Include the idea title or private tracking reference and the mobile/email used. Do not send passwords, OTPs or banking information.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the personal contact information and applicable submission, report or assistance-request data unless retention is required for security, dispute resolution or law. Published idea content may require a separate ownership/removal review.
Response time
We normally acknowledge and complete valid requests within 30 days. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the requester is connected to the record.
